The Great Give-Away(1993)

The Great Give-Away is a crime drama following a cunning wheeler-dealer who joins an underground resistance movement to escape accountability for stealing valuable coins. After his release from prison, he partners with a Security Service colonel to establish a private bank offering high interest rates. But the colonel harbors far greater ambitions that threaten to unravel their operation. As their partnership grows increasingly volatile, the two men find themselves locked in a dangerous game of deception and power.
