Homecoming(2007)

Homecoming is a short film following Drew, a young veteran struggling to readjust after returning from Afghanistan. As he prepares to see his parents again, the weight of his combat experience threatens to derail their reunion. His mother welcomes him with open arms, but his father clings to pride in Drew's military service, unable to see the toll the war has taken. The film explores the fractures that emerge when families confront the invisible wounds of post-traumatic stress, revealing how homecoming can be far more complicated than anyone anticipated.
