Thottam: The Garden is a Malayalam drama about a man caught between personal freedom and family duty. Prabha abandons his teaching job to escape his father's expectations, seeking a quieter life with his wife on their family estate. When a developer threatens to seize the land, Prabha's father Maniam launches a legal battle to protect their community's home. After Maniam's sudden death, Prabha must choose between the life he wanted and the fight his father left unfinished. Torn between his own desires and his obligation to preserve the estate for its people, Prabha returns to confront both the developers and his own conflicted conscience in this intimate portrait of sacrifice and responsibility.
