Zatoichi in Desperation(1972)

Zatoichi in Desperation is a samurai film following the blind swordsman as he grapples with unforeseen consequences of his own mercy. When Zatoichi accidentally kills an elderly woman, he attempts to atone by purchasing the freedom of her daughter from a brothel. His well-intentioned act, however, spirals into a cascade of complications that threaten far more than redemption.
