Brazil 2020(2019)

Brazil 2020 is a speculative film set in a near-future dystopia where Brazil's military government, allied with agribusiness and weapons manufacturers, has criminalized independent thought. Anarchists, teachers, artists, organic farmers, publishers, and freethinkers are hunted as threats to state ideology. The regime deploys roving groups of catechists tasked with "purifying" those who dare to think freely.
