The Jitters is a horror film set in Chinatown, where a ruthless gang terrorizes the neighborhood with nightly theft and violence. He returns as a Kyonshi—a hopping vampire from Chinese folklore—with supernatural powers and an insatiable hunger for vengeance. Now undead and unstoppable, Frank hunts down those responsible for his death, turning the tables on his killers in gruesome fashion.
