Bibi Blocksberg(2002)

Bibi Blocksberg is a family film about a young witch whose good deed—saving two children from a fire—earns her an early summons to receive her crystal ball at Blocksberg, the witches' headquarters. While her mother Barbara celebrates her daughter's achievement, her stressed father Bernhard disapproves of her magical interference. Bibi's pride in her advancement attracts the jealous attention of Rabia, an aging evil witch consumed by bitterness and resentment. Determined to spoil Bibi's moment of glory, Rabia sets a dangerous chain of events in motion that threatens to unravel everything the young witch has worked toward.
