Beefies(2021)

Beefies is a comedy-drama about a man attempting to recreate his late mother's cherished Passover recipe during a pandemic Seder. When he realizes he can't pull it off alone, he's forced to reconnect with his estranged brother. The two must navigate their fractured relationship and buried resentments as they work together in the kitchen, discovering that cooking becomes their unexpected path to healing and honoring their mother's memory. What begins as a simple culinary challenge becomes a deeper exploration of family bonds, grief, and reconciliation.
