El Chupacabra is a creature feature that follows the legendary bloodthirsty beast after it escapes captivity and terrorizes a city. An animal control officer and scientist join forces to hunt the deadly killer, but they soon discover a vigilante is also on its trail—one working for a mysterious research facility run by the sinister Dr. Goodspeed. As the three parties close in on the elusive monster, their conflicting motives threaten to turn the chase into something far more dangerous than the creature itself. The film blends action and suspense as urban chaos unfolds and hidden agendas come to light.
