Axiomatic(2017)

Axiomatic is a science fiction film set in the near future where nanotechnology can temporarily rewrite a person's beliefs and morality. Marissa Carver, a committed pacifist, faces an impossible choice after her wife's death: she uses an Axiomatic device to suspend her moral convictions, transforming herself into someone capable of hunting down her wife's killer. The film explores the tension between Carver's core identity and her desire for vengeance, asking whether justice obtained through compromised means can ever feel righteous. As she pursues her target, she must confront what she's willing to sacrifice—and who she becomes—in the name of revenge.
