Bugs is a Russian drama that follows two strangers from opposite generations struggling to survive in post-Soviet Moscow. A 68-year-old man haunted by his Soviet past and a directionless 23-year-old with no prospects collide when a desperate need for money forces them together. Set against the glittering chaos of modern Russia—where advertising promises and consumer culture mask deeper emptiness—the film explores how two lost souls navigate a world that has left them behind.
