Kill Devil(2004)

Kill Devil is a Japanese science fiction film set in 2025, following a group of juvenile delinquents who carry a rare "murder gene." The government exiles them to a remote uninhabited island under the guise of rehabilitation, but their true purpose is experimental. Authorities implant the teenagers with a device called a "Tag," designed to study the gene's origins. Instead, the Tag triggers violent murder impulses and erases their memories, turning the island into a brutal battleground. As the young inmates descend into chaos, they're forced to confront both the government's sinister agenda and their own capacity for violence. Kill Devil explores themes of control, survival, and the ethics of scientific experimentation on the vulnerable.
