Mandevilla

Mandevilla is a drama about John Kim, a Korean-American mechanic living in an apartment complex where he witnesses a mother and son trapped in escalating domestic violence. When John intervenes and confronts the abusive husband, he discovers a deeper, more sinister situation than he initially realized. The encounter forces him to reckon with his own troubled past and make a difficult choice about how far he's willing to go to help. The film explores themes of community responsibility, redemption, and the cost of standing up against cruelty.
