Schizophrenic is a thriller following Dennis, who returns home after eight years and falls for Ornella, a salon stylist. When he asks her out, her jealous ex-boyfriend Ralph and his friends brutally attack Dennis, leaving him for dead. Dennis's twin brother Danny suddenly arrives in town and begins exacting revenge on those responsible. As Danny's violent retribution unfolds, two homicide detectives close in on the crimes, unaware of the psychological complexity driving the murders. The film explores themes of identity and vengeance through a dark, twisted lens as the investigation tightens around the mysterious twin.
