Sleep Study is a film that follows a woman enrolled in a clinical sleep study as she investigates the root cause of her persistent insomnia. What begins as a straightforward medical examination evolves into something far more unsettling, blurring the line between scientific inquiry and psychological unraveling. The film explores themes of trust, bodily autonomy, and the vulnerability that comes with surrendering control to strangers in the name of health. Winner of the Audience Award at the Austin Film Festival, Sleep Study combines intimate character study with mounting tension, creating an atmospheric examination of how our bodies betray us when we're at our most defenseless.
