Kiss Me Kate(1998)

Kiss Me Kate is a comedy series that follows Kate, a counsellor juggling professional obligations with the chaos of her personal life. By day she listens to her clients' troubles; by night she's pulled into the dramas of her neighbours and her hapless business partner Douglas. Kate's expertise in solving other people's problems rarely extends to her own messy situation, creating constant friction between her carefully managed work persona and her increasingly complicated home life. The show mines humour from the gap between what Kate advises others to do and what she actually does, as she navigates relationships, business mishaps, and community entanglements with varying degrees of success.
