Oliver Twist(1985)

Oliver Twist is a period drama following a nine-year-old orphan who dares ask for more gruel at his workhouse and is punished by being apprenticed out. After escaping, Oliver falls in with the Artful Dodger, a street urchin, and Fagin, a criminal who trains child pickpockets. When the kind Mr. Brownlow offers Oliver refuge, Fagin's violent henchman Bill Sikes becomes determined to reclaim the boy and drag him back into crime.
