Pay and Display(2000)

Pay and Display is a British comedy series set in an underground car park where two attendants, Sydney and Danny, pass their shifts in endless conversation. Sydney dwells on memories of his absent wife while Danny fixates on women and romance. Their no-nonsense supervisor Miss Cummings constantly battles their inattentiveness, and they're regularly interrupted by Adolf, a self-styled political activist traffic warden who frequents the garage.
