Nakarehas Na Puso follows Amelia Galang, a devoted mother who accepts what seems like a simple job delivering a package abroad—only to discover it contains illegal drugs. Arrested at the airport and convicted of drug smuggling, Amelia serves years in prison, separated from her husband Jack and four children. When she's finally released, she returns to a fractured family. Jack is now with her former best friend Doris, her children have drifted apart following the death of her son Nonoy, and all of them resent her.
