Shades(2001)

Shades is a supernatural series following Mark and Maeve, two strangers who meet in the afterlife after dying unexpectedly. Unable to move on, they discover they exist as "shades"—ghosts trapped between worlds—and decide to work together to influence the living world they've left behind. As they navigate their new existence and grapple with unfinished business, Mark and Maeve form an unlikely partnership to meddle in human affairs from beyond the grave.
