Marea de Pasiones is a Mexican telenovela that aired on Las Estrellas from March to September 2024. The series follows Luisa Aldama, a marine biologist whose world upends when she falls in love with Marcelo, a married businessman. A tragic event forces her to flee and rebuild her life in secret, all while shielding her loved ones from danger. As family secrets, betrayal, and revenge surface, Luisa must untangle her past to uncover the truth and reclaim her happiness. Adapted from the Portuguese telenovela Paixão, Marea de Pasiones stars Oka Giner and Matías Novoa, with direction by Alba Gil and Eric Morales. The drama weaves forbidden passion with the search for justice in a tale of survival and redemption.
