Angkor(2018)

Angkor is a Thai series following a Cambodian woman cursed by a tiger's vengeful spirit that emerges when she surrenders to rage. Born to a high-ranking officer who killed the beast before her birth, Angkor carries its supernatural presence within her. When political turmoil forces her to flee Cambodia with her bodyguard Koytee, the two are separated during their escape to Thailand. By chance, Angkor witnesses a murder linked to missing military weapons and corruption, making her a crucial witness. She reaches a Thai refugee camp alone, where she meets Pukong Kan, an undercover investigator tasked with uncovering the truth behind the weapons and the officers involved. As Angkor waits for Koytee's arrival, she becomes entangled in a dangerous investigation that tests both her resolve and her struggle to control the tiger spirit within.
