Polo Boys is a coming-of-age drama series following a group of mismatched young men forced together by Coach Diane Lee to form a water polo team. Brought from different backgrounds and circumstances, these athletes face obstacles both in and out of the pool as they navigate complex issues—teacher-student relationships, family pressure, and the demands of balancing school with sport. Coach Lee, a self-absorbed lecturer, discovers her own lessons about life while pushing the team forward. Through competition and camaraderie, the boys learn to overcome their differences, embrace teamwork, and discover what true friendship and sportsmanship mean. The series explores how a shared goal can transform strangers into brothers.
