Slepkavības lieta is a Latvian thriller that follows Una, a former actress trapped in an unhappy marriage with her wealthy, influential husband. Plagued by tabloid rumors and cryptic messages, Una grows increasingly paranoid about her place in the relationship. When their friend Oskars arrives to discuss a business deal, tensions explode. Seeking refuge, Una throws herself into teaching a theater masterclass to a young student named Gustavs, where she begins plotting to reclaim control of her life. What starts as psychological unraveling spirals into something darker and more dangerous. As the story unfolds, the line between victim and perpetrator blurs, forcing viewers to question everyone's motives and decide who is truly guilty.
