Dolph and the Lundgrens is a documentary series that follows action star Dolph Lundgren as his adult daughters Ida and Greta attempt to rebuild their relationship with him after years of separation. While Lundgren built his Hollywood career, his two daughters grew up across the Atlantic without their father. Now in their late twenties and early twenties, they're determined to bridge the gap. Lundgren, now married to his younger wife Emma, must confront his greatest challenge yet: genuine presence and emotional availability. The series explores whether reconciliation is possible after decades of absence, and whether even an action hero can find redemption in family life.
