Black Harbour(1996)

Black Harbour is a Canadian drama series that aired on CBC Television from 1996 to 1999. Rebecca Jenkins stars as Katherine Hubbard, a successful restaurant owner who returns to her Nova Scotia hometown after her mother suffers a heart attack. Her husband, played by Geraint Wyn Davies, follows with their two children. Alex Carter plays Paul Isler, Katherine's high school sweetheart now working at her brother's boatyard, whose marriage is crumbling. As the series progresses, both Katherine and Paul's marriages unravel, leading them to rekindle their romance in the final season.
