Warren the Ape(2010)

Warren the Ape is an MTV reality show parody that aired from June to August 2010. A spin-off of Greg the Bunny, the series follows an anthropomorphic ape attempting to resurrect his career after years of self-destructive choices. Warren has squandered his talent on exploitation films, obscure industrials, and forgettable skin flicks while battling addiction to drugs and alcohol. With guidance from addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky, Warren works to overcome his demons, repair damaged relationships, and claw his way back into Hollywood's good graces. The show blends mockumentary humor with genuine struggles as its titular character confronts the wreckage of his once-promising entertainment career.
