Pearlie(2009)

Pearlie is an animated series following a pint-sized fairy with outsized ambition. Pearlie oversees Jubilee Park and its inhabitants with help from her best friends—Opal, an outback fairy, and Jasper, a reluctant elf. Their caretaking duties face constant sabotage from Pearlie's jealous cousin Saphira, who schemes relentlessly to have her removed from her position.
