URBO: The Adventures of Pax Afrika(2006)

URBO: The Adventures of Pax Afrika is a South African science fiction animated series that aired from 2006 to 2009. Set in iKapa City, a futuristic Cape Town and humanity's last known settlement, the show follows teenager Pax Afrika as he discovers ancestral powers granting him glimpses of the future. The son of a missing explorer, Pax teams up with his friends—mechanic T-Man, hacker Keitu, and Una, the rebellious daughter of the tyrannical industrialist Maximilian Malice—to locate his father and protect the city from Malice Industries. Their quest becomes entangled with URBO, a legendary hidden city buried in Africa's ruins, said to be an environmental paradise. As Pax uncovers his connection to this mystery, the group must navigate danger and corruption to prevent catastrophe.
