Tito(2010)

Tito is a 2010 Croatian documentary miniseries examining the life and legacy of Yugoslav leader Josip Broz Tito. Produced by Croatian Radiotelevision and Mediteran film, the series launched on March 19, 2010, following the success of the pair's earlier collaboration Long Dark Night, which drew 1.8 million viewers. The ambitious production cost approximately one million euros to create. Before filming began, Tito's granddaughter Saša publicly declared her family would take all available measures to obstruct the documentary's completion. The series offers an in-depth look at one of twentieth-century Europe's most influential and controversial political figures.
