Remote is a Japanese crime series following Detective Kozaburo Himuro, a brilliant investigator who never leaves his home, harboring a secret that keeps him confined. When traffic cop Kurumi Ayaki is assigned as his eyes and ears in the field, the two form an unlikely partnership—communicating only by mobile phone as they work crime scenes together.
