The Voice of the Philippines is a Filipino reality singing competition that aired on ABS-CBN, based on the international The Voice franchise created by Dutch producer John de Mol. Hosted by Toni Gonzaga with Robi Domingo and Alex Gonzaga as social media correspondents, the show premiered in June 2013. Four coaches—Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Mañalac, Lea Salonga, and Apl.de.Ap—mentor aspiring singers through blind auditions and live performances, serving as both judges and guides. The format follows the signature Voice model where coaches turn their chairs to select talented performers before hearing their names. As the fourth Southeast Asian adaptation after Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia, The Voice of the Philippines brought the global singing competition phenomenon to Filipino audiences, blending local talent with the show's distinctive coaching-focused approach.
