Seven Days(1998)

Seven Days is a science fiction series following Frank B. Parker, a secret government operative who can travel back in time exactly seven days. When catastrophic events threaten national security, Parker is sent back to prevent disasters before they occur. Trapped in a weekly loop, he must use his knowledge of future events to stop threats while navigating the constraints of his limited window. The show explores the moral and personal toll of repeatedly reliving the same week, as Parker grapples with the burden of playing humanity's last line of defense. With each mission, he uncovers new dangers and faces impossible choices about what can—and should—be changed.
