The Good Sex Guide(1993)

The Good Sex Guide is a British television series presented by Margi Clarke that aired on ITV during late-night slots. The show became a surprising phenomenon, drawing 13 million viewers for a 10:35pm broadcast—an extraordinary figure that earned Clarke the RTS Award for Best Female Presenter in 1994. The series ran for three seasons, with the first two proving equally popular before expanding into The Good Sex Guide Abroad. Clarke's success with the format led to offers to develop the concept into a late-night chat show, though she declined the opportunity. The role eventually went to Toyah Wilcox, who hosted the subsequent iteration of the program.
