Beakman's World(1992)

Beakman's World is an educational children's series that premiered in 1992, adapted from the comic strip You Can with Beakman and Jax. Hosted by Paul Zaloom in the titular role, the show combined science experiments and comedy to teach kids about the natural world. It launched on The Learning Channel before moving to CBS Saturday mornings in 1993, eventually reaching nearly 90 countries at its peak. The series ran until 1998, establishing itself as a predecessor to similar science-focused children's programming of the era. Reruns returned to syndication in 2006. Zaloom continues to perform as Beakman in live appearances worldwide.
