States of Grace is a comedy series following Grace, a thirtysomething divorcee navigating the messy reality of modern dating. Unlike the fairy tales she once believed in, potential partners rarely live up to expectations—princes tend to disappoint. Grace leans on her tight circle for support: her overbearing mother Hilda, her best friend Selma, and Selma's preteen daughter Tereza, who together form a chaotic but loving safety net. As Grace juggles dating mishaps and romantic false starts, the show balances humor with the genuine struggles of finding connection after divorce.
