Tellus(2014)

Tellus is a Finnish crime series that follows a detective pursuing a group of ecoterrorists whose violent campaigns threaten public safety. While the detective shares his quarry's environmental concerns, he refuses their radical methods, instead channeling his activism through legitimate channels. As the group escalates their attacks, the detective races to stop them before they cause irreversible harm. The series explores the tension between environmental urgency and lawful action, asking whether extreme measures can ever be justified in the name of the planet. Caught between duty and conviction, the detective must confront uncomfortable questions about the cost of activism and the price of compromise.
