Landlord Is in Puberty! is a comedy series following Maeda-san, a young man living alone in a cramped apartment for the first time after landing his first job. His quiet life takes an unexpected turn when he discovers his landlord is Chie Satonaka, a middle school girl whose exceptional cooking and housekeeping skills make her seem far older than she is. As Chie becomes a regular presence in his apartment, Maeda-san's solitary routine transforms into something far more chaotic. Complications arise when Reiko Shirai, another neighbor, grows jealously protective of the capable young landlord.
