The Trickery of Love Dupes the Heart is a Thai romantic comedy following Bua, a woman from a wealthy Chinese-Thai soy sauce dynasty whose mother demands she marry Chatchai to elevate their status in high society. Unwilling to wed a stranger she doesn't love, Bua enlists her best friend Cartoon to devise an escape plan. Their opportunity arrives when they overhear Bua's brother Petch arranging a fake relationship with Ran, Bua's childhood crush who needs a girlfriend for appearances. The friends seize the chance to orchestrate their own scheme, setting off a chain of romantic complications and comedic mishaps.
