Tahajjud Cinta is an Indonesian drama series following two women, Citra and Seri, as they fight for justice and women's rights within their families and society. Citra, daughter of a wealthy company executive, secretly studies Sharia law in Jordan instead of civil engineering in London. Upon returning to Malaysia, her parents reject her ambitions until her sister Emelda becomes a victim of domestic violence, forcing them to reconsider. Seri's path proves far harder: obligated to marry her sponsor, the polygamist Ustaz Shauki, she endures abuse and abandonment of her own dreams of becoming a Sharia lawyer. Trapped by family duty and jealous co-wives, Seri sacrifices her love for Sollahudin to maintain peace. When a mysterious figure named Armani enters their lives, both women's circumstances begin to shift, offering unexpected hope for change and redemption.
