Renta Congelada(2017)

Renta Congelada is a Spanish comedy series about two couples trapped in the same house for five years after falling victim to real estate fraud. An elderly woman with Alzheimer's rented the property to both families at an impossibly low price, and now a young couple starting their lives must share the space with a mature couple seeking their dream home. When each pair discovers they're not alone, they wage domestic warfare—parading in underwear, leaving dirty socks on stairs, and fighting over the refrigerator—determined to drive the other out. What begins as petty sabotage escalates into a hilarious battle of wills as four strangers navigate the ultimate test: surviving five years under one roof with people they never wanted to meet.
