Karma's Curse follows a shrewd businesswoman who operates as a professional con artist, leveraging her beauty and charm to manipulate her targets. When she targets a man she intends to scam, she unexpectedly falls in love with him instead. Desperate to escape the emotional entanglement that threatens her carefully constructed life, Karma attempts to vanish from his world. Fate, however, has other plans.
