Kurokouchi(2013)

Kurokouchi is a Japanese crime series following Detective Keita Kurokouchi, a morally compromised investigator who uses blackmail and extortion against corrupt politicians to fund his work on unsolved cases. When rookie detective Mayo Seike is assigned to conduct an internal investigation into his illegal activities, the two instead become unlikely partners.
