Back to Field is a Chinese reality series that strips urban life away, sending its cast to remote rural villages where they must survive on basics alone. Each season relocates to a different region, challenging participants to cook their own meals, build their own furniture, and source everything from scratch. To earn ingredients and tools, they complete farm tasks like planting and harvesting crops. Guest stars rotate through episodes, pitching in with daily work and offering fresh perspectives on rural living.
