Sanctuary is a psychological thriller following Hel, who travels to an exclusive sanatorium nestled in the Italian Alps to visit her estranged twin sister Siri. When Siri asks Hel to swap places with her for a few days to handle some mysterious business, Hel refuses. The next morning, Siri vanishes without a trace. Trapped in the clinic, Hel discovers that the facility is far more sinister than its serene mountain setting suggests.
