Blue Blink is a fantasy adventure anime series created by Osamu Tezuka, adapted from Ivan Ivanov-Vano's classic animated film Konjok-gorbunok, which itself draws from Pyotr Pavlovich Yershov's 19th-century tale The Little Humpbacked Horse. The series marks Tezuka's final anime work; he passed away during production, though the studio completed it according to his original vision. The show has had a complicated distribution history—it streamed on Anime Sols but was removed after failing to meet crowdfunding goals for a DVD release.
