Romantic Repertoire is a romantic comedy series following interior designer Moon Sing Hong, who buys a flat expecting to marry his longtime girlfriend upon her return from abroad. When his sister secretly rents the space to celebrated Cantonese opera singer Kan Kit without his consent, Sing Hong attempts every tactic to force her out—but her determined manager Lin Sau Fong keeps her firmly in place. Complications multiply when Sing Hong's best friend and business partner Tin Hak Kan falls for Kit and asks for help winning her heart. As Sing Hong grows closer to Kit to gather intelligence, genuine friendship blooms between them. Their newfound peace shatters when Kit survives a car accident and discovers her biological mother, while Sing Hong learns his girlfriend has been living secretly in Hong Kong with another man.
