Each episode examines a different cultural sphere—from pop music and music videos to film, comedy, street art, and fashion—capturing the voices and visions shaping Ukraine's modern identity. The series investigates how these cultural layers developed, identifies emerging trends, and asks the questions that define the moment. Flash attempts to document a cultural outbreak happening now while anticipating what comes next, revealing both the strengths and vulnerabilities of Ukraine's creative landscape.
