Myself; Yourself(2007)

Myself; Yourself is a romantic drama series following Hikada Sana as he returns to his quiet hometown after five years away in Tokyo. At a local shrine, he spots a shrine maiden watching him intently—only to discover the next day at school that she's Yatsushiro Nanaka, his childhood best friend. To his surprise, Nanaka still wears the bracelet Sana gave her before he left years ago. As they reconnect, buried feelings and unresolved history surface, forcing both to confront what their bond truly means. The series explores themes of nostalgia, first love, and the weight of promises made long ago.
