Pretend Lover is a Thai romance series following Nawin, a street kid drowning in debt, and Metha, a wealthy heir desperate to escape an arranged marriage. When Nawin impulsively kisses Metha to evade loan sharks, Metha seizes the moment and proposes a fake relationship deal: Nawin pretends to be his boyfriend in exchange for clearing his father's debts.
